This slide show is pictures of our trip to California last summer with Grandma Dollar. We had a lot of fun! We went to Disneyland, Hollywood, Ports O'Call and the beach. The kids love to spend time with their Grandma!

Disneyland

We went to Disneyland this week. We had a lot of fun! The weather was great and it wasn't too crowded. The kids got to ride all their favorite rides. Devin did Jedi training for the 1st time and he fought against Darth Vader. He was so proud! Grandma & Branka went to the park with us for awhile too. It was a great little vacation!

Christmas

Christmas 2008

I am getting back to try and keep my blog updated... here are some pictures from Christmas. We had a great Christmas together. We spent part of Christmas Eve with my family then spent the evening with Sean's side of the family. We got home just in time to set out cookies and milk for Santa! Around 1am Sean and Tyler woke me up because they heard Santa. We were able to sneek a peek at him!! Then we all rushed back to bed so we wouldn't get caught. We spent everyday almost of Christmas break in our jammies and just played all day! Sean was off for about 2 1/2 weeks, so it was nice to all be together.

Mikaela started dance and gymnastics when she was just 2 1/2 years old. When she was 6 we started a new dance studio and was invited to be in company. She was very excited to take on more classes and compete in dance, but she had to give up gymnastics :( . So last summer she decided she wanted to take a break from dance and go back to gymnastics. She fit right in at her new gym! She worked hard and made the level 4 competitive team and started competing in the fall. She finished the season and now again has changed her mind and decided to go back to dance. She has jumped right back in there too. We are so proud of her hard work! Anything she puts her mind to she can do it! She is such a blessing! Click above to see a small slide show of her competing.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving to all our family! We will be spending our day at home today. We were supposed to host dinner at our house this year for our whole family, but instead Sean and I came down with strep throat earlier this week. We are feeling much better but we don't want to risk spreading it to any family members. We have a big feast planned for today! I am even going to make homemade pies with the help of the kids! Yes that's right... I am going to bake!! This Thanksgiving I am very thankful for my husband and children! Sean is such a hard worker and awesome Dad. He is working 2 jobs right now to make sure I am able to still stay home and be with the kids! I am very thankful that I am able to be at home with the kids and homeschool them. We are very blessed! We hope everyone has a great gobble gobble day!

Tyler's baseball

Tyler is playing baseball right now. He plays 2nd base and in the outfield. He got hit in the face at practice with the ball that gave him a bloody nose. I am proud of him for sticking with after that. Coincidentally he ended up on the same team with a friend that he has known since they were 3 years old. Next season he is going to play basketball.
